[Job Description] 1. Team Management: Effectively lead the Japanese customer support team and oversee their day-to-day operations. 2. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback and coaching. 3. Project Management: Lead the team towards achieving project goals and KPIs. 4. Problem Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues and manage escalations. 5. Training: Support the onboarding and ongoing training of new team members. 6. Communication: Report team status and areas for improvement through regular communication with management team. 7. Process Improvement: Provide and implement ideas for streamlining and improving support processes. |

Job Requirements |
【Requirements】 1. Language Ability: Native level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing and speaking) and good command of English. 2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in customer support. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 4. Tools: Experience using customer support tools and software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 5. Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. |
