・Customer service work available 365 days a year ・Responds to inquiries from customers using the online shopping site by both email and chat ・Responds to inquiries from customers who wish to register for the international shipping service and from existing customers by email. Supported languages are Japanese and English. This is a customer service desk job for a service that sends products purchased on e-commerce sites in Japan to overseas shipping addresses in one go. Experience in international shipping and forwarding services can be utilized. ※Training period: Approximately 2 months (including OJT) ※Work will be at a center that is always based at the client's site. |
